• Customer import – instead of entering customers one at a time, you can use CSV import for a large customer base
• Adding custom templates – create a recurring tasks’ plan for the customer that exactly fits their needs and assigns you work at the right time 
• Time prognosis – simplify time measurement by estimating the time spent on tasks. When you mark a task completed, Uku uses the estimated time for the task. 
• Save reports – import generated reports as a PDF file and display them quickly and conveniently for customers
• Mark additional work – keep track of unplanned work and the time you’ve spent on them. If necessary, submit an invoice for additional work

Uku Pro is designed for an efficient team or individual who wants to make their processes efficient. The package includes all the features of the Standard and Solo package, as well as additional features.

• Integrations with accounting programs (Merit Aktiva, Smart Accounts) – automated data exchange helps you track the volume of work quickly and accurately
• Customer base monitoring – compare customer agreements to the actual workload. Identify bottlenecks, price customers fairly, and run your business effectively
• Automated billing – make monthly invoicing quick and easy. Set up price lists and Uku will automatically draft invoices for the work done. Now you can forward invoices to your preferred program (Merit Aktiva, SmartAccounts, Scoro)
• Your e-mail server – when you send e-mails (e.g. invoices) to your customers, we use your e-mail server
• Automated money laundering prevention process – automated monitoring of customer risk levels, document validity and reminders
